One of the Capiz Best Festival in Dumalag is  Ilig festival which means a down streams or seaward travel or a trip in the direction in which rivers flow, is a celebration which brings to mind the Dumalaganons. Palirong is unique and vital of dumalaganons, farmer use  palirong to protect them from the sun and rain, palirong made up of bamboos, wooden poles, and rope.

Guyum-Guyuman Festival

Guyum-Guyuman is considered as one of the Capiz best festival. summer isnt summer without a colorful fiesta celebrate one of the most festive.  It started as Balintawakan festival in 1988, it was renamed Guyum-guyuman Festival in 2008  to depict the way of inhabitants of the town formerly called  Caguyunan.

towns annual municipal and religious fiesta last May 8 was highlighted by a series of events, most notable ones were the reenactment of Caguyumanons like Barter trading, the most exciting Subay sa sa Suba sang tinagong dagat.

And also Ponteverdrahanon  has also  a spectacular Guyum-guyuman tribal dancing, and highlights is the search for the Miss Balintawakan as the Festival Queen.

Pagdayaw Festival

Pagdayaw festival  one of the Capiz best festival in Dumarao, they celebrated every month of August, the annually celebrating the Pagdayaw festival,  5 day of festivals starts on the first day of and ends on the 5th day which also the feast day of its petron. Pagdayaw means an invitation to the neighbor for Bayanihan, such as asking help in putting up a native nipa hut in return of drinks,meal and enjoyment. And one  of the Capiz best festival of pagdayaw is their highlights  the pista ng bayan and street dancing competition , ideas and concept through beautiful songs and dances.

Hil-o- hanay festival

One of the Capiz best  is Hil-o hanay  festival  located in Sigma this symbolize a manifestation of their culture inherent to Sigma.It is the way of showing their rich cultural tradition to the younger generation. Hil-o hanay it is gives to the honor to the noblest virture of community-ness of its people, This festival celebrated  on the month of June. Hil-o hanay is a virtue wherein the people of Sigma celebrate a festival   to the honor of Saint John the Baptist, Capiz best  in sigma  they have  bayanihan for helping their neighbor for transfer house. Payag remains  to be conventional home and also they a contest for those who a unique payag-payag . And also they revived story telling as an oral tradition and organized the Dagway Sigmahanon.

Talahong Festival

 Talahong festival  is the combination of tahong and talaba this festival is celebrated in Sapian. this festival is one of the Capiz best  coastal town in the  Province of Capiz, this is the portion of Sapian bay, they celebrated their Capiz best festival on every 2nd Friday and 2nd day of May,Talahong is conceptualized based on entrepreneur and tourism purposes of showcasing seafoods product of Sapian.

One  of the Capiz best festival of  Mambusao is Inilusan which means the mutual and reciprocal giving and sharing of food in  generous measure and the spirit of fraternal good that permeats the daily life of people in Mambusaonon. Inilusan festivals is colorful pageant and depicting historical and culture growth of Mambusao this festival is celebrated on November 25 in honor of Saint Catherine of Alexandria. One of the Capiz best festival  Sinadya sa Halaran, this is the joint festival of the City of Roxas  of the Province of Capiz, It is a mixed festival and it is celebrated for the both cultural and religious.
