Guyum-Guyuman Festival

Guyum-Guyuman is considered as one of the Capiz best festival. summer isnt summer without a colorful fiesta celebrate one of the most festive.  It started as Balintawakan festival in 1988, it was renamed Guyum-guyuman Festival in 2008  to depict the way of inhabitants of the town formerly called  Caguyunan.

towns annual municipal and religious fiesta last May 8 was highlighted by a series of events, most notable ones were the reenactment of Caguyumanons like Barter trading, the most exciting Subay sa sa Suba sang tinagong dagat.

And also Ponteverdrahanon  has also  a spectacular Guyum-guyuman tribal dancing, and highlights is the search for the Miss Balintawakan as the Festival Queen.
