Hil-o- hanay festival

One of the Capiz best  is Hil-o hanay  festival  located in Sigma this symbolize a manifestation of their culture inherent to Sigma.It is the way of showing their rich cultural tradition to the younger generation. Hil-o hanay it is gives to the honor to the noblest virture of community-ness of its people, This festival celebrated  on the month of June. Hil-o hanay is a virtue wherein the people of Sigma celebrate a festival   to the honor of Saint John the Baptist, Capiz best  in sigma  they have  bayanihan for helping their neighbor for transfer house. Payag remains  to be conventional home and also they a contest for those who a unique payag-payag . And also they revived story telling as an oral tradition and organized the Dagway Sigmahanon.
